Simple steps to maintain your new Seamless floor
New floor: Once your new Seamless flake floor has been completed allow 24 hours of drying time before you walk on it, and 5 days for the sealer to completely harden before you drive on it.
Re-sealing: Depending on the type of sealer used you may need to re-seal your existing seamless floor every 2 years, However if Flexithane has been applied then you will not need to worry about re-sealing for 15 years.
Cleaning: Clean using a light detergent and a mop. Or if the area allows just simply use a hose and a broom.
Stains: It is advised you clean oil spills, brake fluids and other chemical spills as soon as possible.
If these chemicals have been left on the surface for a period of time scrub the area using either a hard brush or a rag with detergent.
Stubborn stains: For removal of stubborn stains try using a small amount of turps with either a hard brush or a rag.
